Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) form the basis of your membership contract with InShape Health Club. By becoming a member, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Types
We offer the following membership options:
- Rolling Monthly: Ongoing membership with a 30-day cancellation policy.
- Fixed Term (6 or 12 Months): Paid upfront and non-refundable outside cooling-off period.
2. Membership Access
- Members are granted 24-hour access to the club via a personal access code or fob.
- Access is strictly non-transferable. Letting others in or sharing entry details will result in suspension or termination.
- CCTV is in operation for safety and monitoring.
3. Unstaffed Hours & Member Responsibility
- InShape operates as an unmanned facility during certain hours. By joining, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own safety during these times.
- It is your responsibility to train within your limits, follow club rules, and adhere to emergency protocols posted in the facility.
4. Health & Safety
- All members must complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) prior to training.
- You are responsible for monitoring your health and must report any changes that could impact your ability to exercise safely.
- InShape Health Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained from use of the facilities unless caused by proven negligence.
5. Rules of Conduct
Members must:
- Wipe down and re-rack equipment after use
- Respect other members and staff
- Not allow access to non-members
- Comply with all posted signage and guidance
Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
6. Payments & Fees
- Monthly fees are collected via direct debit.
- Upfront plans are billed in full at time of purchase.
- Failure to make payment may result in loss of access.
- Prices are reviewed annually. You will be notified of any change with at least 30 days' notice.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Rolling memberships require 30 days' notice to cancel. This must be done via written notice or through ClubRight.
- Fixed-term memberships (6 or 12 months) are non-refundable once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed.
- Exceptional circumstances may be considered at management's discretion.
8. Privacy & Data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes health information, contact details, and facility usage data.
9. Limitation of Liability
You use the facility at your own risk. InShape Health Club shall not be held liable for:
- Personal injury (unless due to negligence)
- Lost, damaged, or stolen property
- Consequences of misuse of equipment or facilities
10. Changes to Terms

 

InShape Health Club reserves the right to amend these terms. You will be notified via email or ClubRight platform of any significant updates.
